Service Description
My hope is to provide you with a space and practice that can you begin to cultivate on your own. Meditations may include sound healing and other modalities that may be beneficial to you. Meditations can be recorded but not distributed - for your personal use only. Time may vary, but at least 15-20 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
Put your phone number in "messages" box for FaceTime/phone call sessions. I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Thank you.
